What is the best form of transhumanism in Science Fiction?
We have the artiness of Jack Dann, or the unimaginable complexity of Charles Stross' Accelerando, or something else...
What is the optimal (most accurate, most interesting, most true, most realistic whatever) depiction of transhumanism in SF?
Peace,
PB.

Re: What is the best form of transhumanism in Science Fiction?
Mon, April 17, 2006 - 4:41 PMWell,One thing that I know is that there are too many Science Fiction novels that portray the Albino character as the Villain or the Mystical Freak so if they(the Science FICTION WRITERS) were to cast a much more Positive portrayal for the Albino character in there novels, making the Albino character really Heroic,it would cast a much more positive "light" on REAL people with Albinism and THAT would be an Optimal depiction of Transhumanism in Science Fiction!
